Now I make it for others as well as myself. Make sure you learn the oils that work for you or whomever you make this spray it for. Through out the day I realized that my black sweater was no longer black. The sweater appeared to have a white layer of flakey snow on my shoulders. Needed to find a way to keep my hair and the kinky twists style clean, soft and conditioned. I'll show a few clips of video on how to do this. And I'm not entirely convinced that is how you get dandruff, so I'd really like to know what the causes really are. Dr. Jeff: Yeah that is not how you get dandruff. Dandruff is actually caused by a yeast. There are a couple things that can lead to that. One of them is infrequent hair washing. A lot of people think that actually if you wash your hair frequently you're going to get dry itchy scalp. Actually that's not what happens; it's the opposite. When the oils build up on your scalp that can cause the yeast to start growing there and cause the dandruff. Easy to take care of, good hygiene, you can use whatever shampoo you like to use and just clean your hair regularly and clean your scalp with that. If you do happen to get itchy, flaky scalp, any of the dandruff shampoos that are over the counter are usually really good. Selsun Blue works really well, so it's easy to treat and not too expensive.
