Consumer Review of Itchy Scalp Care 2-in-1. I usually buy more expensive shampoos, but if I'm not near a salon and run out of shampoo, I go out and get this. It is not the best, but it definitely makes my hair look fresh, helps with my scalp that sometimes feels itchy, and it smells great. I like the convenience of the two in one shampoo and conditioner as well.
