Consumer Review of Itchy Scalp Care Shampoo. Head & Shoulders Itchy Scalp Care with Eucalyptus Shampoo has a nice calming effect for the scalp. I use head and shoulders about every other day for itchy scalp but have always wished it were more natural. This has Eucalyptus added and i think it does soothe the itch better and for a longer time than their other varieties. Nice smell, not mediciney. Lathers well too. Little more natural. And still works great at controling the itch.
